Token balance

Read a token account

Solana

Token balance reads one token account, or totals the matching token accounts for an owner and mint. The mint identifies the token; the owner identifies the wallet.

Try it step by step#

  1. Choose either a Token Account directly, or an Owner Address and Mint Address.
  2. Connect Start → Token balance and run on the network where that token account exists.
  3. Compare amount, decimals, and uiAmountString before mapping the result to another node.

What to expect#

For a token with 6 decimals, amount: "2500000" represents uiAmountString: "2.5". This is an example of the units, not a promised balance.

Things to check#

  • A mint address is not a token account address. Put it in Mint Address, not Token Account.
  • The owner-and-mint path sums matching accounts across both token programs. tokenAccountCount shows how many matched; tokenAccount identifies the first match, not the whole balance.
  • Use Token holdings to discover the tokens held by a wallet.

Network setup: This node uses solana. See connections for RPC setup and Test mode for network selection.

Parameters#

SettingDefaultWhat it does
RPC URL{{global.chains.solana.rpcUrl}}Configured for Solana in workspace RPC settings.
CommitmentconfirmedHow far a Solana block must be confirmed before its data is used.
Owner Wallet{{global.main_wallet}}Used with Mint Address. Leave empty if Token Account is set.
Mint Address—Optional when Token Account is set.
Token Account—Directly calls getTokenAccountBalance when supplied.
On failurestopChoose whether a failed execution stops the workflow or only ends this path.
Retry attempts0How many additional attempts to make after the first failure.
