Swap with Jupiter

Sign and execute the best Jupiter route

SolanaJupiter

Swap with Jupiter obtains a fresh mainnet order, signs it, and asks Jupiter to execute it. Review the verification mode as part of setting up the swap.

Try it step by step#

  1. Choose the wallet, input/output mints, and exact input Amount.
  2. Review slippage and Transaction Verification. Strict requires Fixed slippage and an explicit Maximum Extra SOL budget.
  3. Execute only after checking the route assumptions, then inspect transactionSignature and the reported total input and output amounts.

What to expect#

The result includes the executed transaction signature, router, fee fields, and total amount fields. The earlier quote remains an estimate rather than a locked order.

Things to check#

  • Trust Jupiter accepts its trade instructions. Strict supports only recognized Metis token routes and can reject otherwise valid swaps.
  • Strict does not support SOL routes, account setup, platform fees, or arbitrary routers. Increasing a fee budget does not enable these cases.
  • An optional receiver must differ from the signing wallet. Leaving it empty uses the normal signer destination.

Network setup: This node uses solana. See connections for RPC setup and Test mode for network selection.

Parameters#

SettingDefaultWhat it does
Wallet{{global.main_wallet}}Wallet that owns the assets or position and signs this operation.
Input Mint—Mint of the token supplied to the swap route.
Output Mint—Mint of the token received from the swap route.
Amount—Decimal amount in input-token units, before conversion to the smallest units.
Input Decimals—Decimal scale for the input token when supplied explicitly.
Output Decimals—Decimal scale for the output token when supplied explicitly.
Look Up Missing DecimalstrueRead missing decimal scales from the token mints instead of entering them manually.
SlippageautomaticAutomatic uses Jupiter RTSE. Fixed sends your selected limit.
Slippage (%)0.5Maximum tolerated execution change in percent; 0.5 means half a percent.
Jupiter API key(empty)Uses your encrypted HTTP credential. Leave empty for Jupiter keyless access.
Maximum Priority Fee (SOL)(empty)Requests a maximum priority fee from Jupiter. Leave empty for automatic pricing. Base fees and account rent are additional.
Transaction VerificationtrustJupiterTrust Jupiter accepts its trade instructions. Strict checks recognized Metis token routes and may reject valid swaps; requires Fixed slippage. SOL, account setup, platform fees and other routes are unsupported.
Maximum Extra SOL(empty)Required in Strict mode. Maximum total SOL for base and priority fees. No budget is assumed. Routes needing rent, tips or other SOL transfers are rejected.
Receiver Wallet—Optional wallet that receives the output. It must differ from the signer.
Signing LayerautoSigning provider to use. Auto selects an available provider for this run.
On failurestopChoose whether a failed execution stops the workflow or only ends this path.
Retry attempts0How many additional attempts to make after the first failure.
